EZGreen Hydroseeding was born out of real frustration — and one really good lawn.
How It All Started
I started EZGreen because I was that frustrated homeowner. We bought a property in the country that needed serious grading and cleanup before we could even think about grass. I tried seed and straw — the results were pretty lousy. Sod wasn't in the budget. So I finally hired a hydroseeder, something I'd never done before.
The results were obvious fast. As long as I kept up with watering, that area took off — and it's still one of the best-looking parts of our yard today. Since then I've tried overseeding on my own in the fall with mixed results. I've decided I'm only hydroseeding from now on.
After talking with neighbors and family who all had the same frustrations, it clicked — this is an underserved service in our area, and I had something real to offer. Not just equipment, but the experience of someone who's been on both sides of it.
That area is still one of the best-looking parts of our yard today. I've decided I'm only hydroseeding from now on.
